Robert - you are right in all you have to say and I respect you a great deal. I don't mean to sound so doom and gloom on my end either. I am by no means trying to say that people in NALTEA are not working hard to try and change things. I am sure they are doing all they can for what they have to work with. I want things to change myself, but I do not feel I belong in this organization. I do not have the extra time to devote, and I spend way too much time working as it is. Plus I don't know where to start if I was to help, there is so much going on at times it makes my head spin. I think I need to devote some time to me, and figure out plan B if plan A fails. I might not resign today, but I will be seriously considering it. I have been unhappy with some aspects for a while, but I have mainly kept my mouth shut trying to be polite.

I hear the term bubble to describe the real estate market, but I think it could describe what some individuals/companies in this industry are going through. Meaning that some people live in a bubble and think things can't happen to them. Then, things begin to change and unravel and they are left to face some hard issues. I think in all fairness I could say my bubble burst earlier this year. I do not want to be hard on anyone (or organization), but I am not happy in the direction that things keep going. To have to compete with something not even close to your level is discouraging, if not insulting. I just want some of these companies that are handing out work to understand what kind of people they are dealing with. I am one of those people (like you Robert) who work hard, are insured, do things right, and then lose business because the next guy is $5.00 cheaper (and has no insurance and does the search completely on computer, never lifting one book). I know it's America and it is near impossible to stop this vicious cycle, but people need to do their research and find out what some of these companies/individuals are all about. They are all not equal, and that $5.00 they save might cost thousand/millions later down the road.

I guess I just want to get people thinking, and perhaps burst a bubble or two before it is too late. Thanks for listening . . . sorry if I was too hard earlier, but my emotions tend to cloud my thinking at times!!
