Brett... JNisonger here. I understand that your feelings are hurt but I hope you are still watching this site. Lisa was trying to help you avoid trouble. I personally listen to her... I don't always like what she has to say (sorry Lisa) but she knows her business. I don't care for a lot of things that are said on this site... but the positive out weighs the negative. I can not help you in the manner that David or Lisa can because they have many more years of expearience. You have to take in consideration the state you are in, who you plan to work for and the type of searches you want to do. We still do no commercial work... and we probably won't for a few more years.
