Well, we are changing our annual conference to January because the turn out seemed so much better in Dallas.  We have heard from many that the summers are just too busy for them to get away.

We have been talking about doing some smaller, regional conferences in the summer, so there may be more than just the one a year.  That is still being discussed.

The main reason for the change is to have our elections during the winter conference, even if we do have summer events, because we would like more people to be there for the voting.
