Please be advised that we, Abstracts USA, LLC, have never changed our company name to mislead anyone.  We pay all our abstractors within 30
days of receiving a monthly statement.  Unfortunately, there are missed statements, but from previous notes, it seems there are times when the incorrect fax number was used.  We apologize for all the inconveniences this may have cause.  In the future, all abstractors may submit their invoices to my attention via email (cchen@papewelt.com) or fax (301-315-8197).  If a payment problem arises, please feel free to contact me anytime by phone (301-279-0303 ext. 350) or via email.  In addition, please be advised it is our policy to pay for all completed work.  We order out thousand of searches a month, and we strive for a good working relationship with all of our abstractors.
