It would be nice if all vendors asked for a cos and we all knew exactly what they would want. Its a shame, we don't have guidelines for our vendors!! Then we could tell them what is included in a cos or 30 year or etc, etc. I believe I am dreaming. I do not charge extra to pick up a plat map, they are in the clerks office and easy for me to retrieve . You'll have me thinking though.
