Thank you Kevin, I'm hoping that I don't have to go through all of that.  Of course that is wishful thinking.  I agree with the fact that there are some clients that may get behind for one reason or another (it can happen to any of us), as long as we have an agreement & they may an effort to honor that agreement, then I will work with them.  I have had some clients that have gone on to become great clients.  But I have had others that were fine for a little & then got behind & did not want to take our calls.  I guess my point is, we have to try (along with everything else) to try to stay on top of these matters.  Not an easy task.  And it would be nice if we could put those that make ripping off abstractor a business OUT OF BUSINESS!!!  Thanks again for the advise.  I printed it out for my files!!  I always enjoy reading your posts.
