Thanks for the response to the Judgment search.... Eight years ago I charged $25.00 for a UCC search per entity name and quickly found out that I lost money so I stopped doing them. I did not want to start up something that I might lose money in. I wanted an insight to why someone would want just a judgment search which you two gave me.... One of my counties is 52 miles round trip and I did not want to have to go to that county for a nominal fee of $25.00 on a day that I had no other requests for that county. That is why I stopped doing recordings because companies only want to pay $20.00 to update and record in this area. The fee since 1993 has been $25.00 to update and record each transaction. Same work as years ago only this county now has a longer wait time because their computer system only allows them to put one document on record at a time. If you get behind someone with numerous recordings, the wait time can be over an hour and you have to stand in line the whole time to keep your place. So much for progress!
