Has anyone asked these people for a printed itemized list of information contained in their data base for any particular land records office ( grantor/grantee index from which date, tax records, assessors records, water, sewer and fire district information). It would seem that if they are offering complete service, they should be able to provide this information upon request as part of their marketing effort. I have dealt with persistent sales people. Once they get you on the phone, it is nearly impossible to get rid of them. It would seem that it would be a simple matter of putting an end to the conversation if they can not provide a written explanation for the requested information.
