In a situation like this with high volume, excellent records is a must and the key to getting all your money. When they pay some orders, skip some, jump back and forth, it get very easly to get things mixed up. You have to know where your at at all times becouse they don't Some pay when the order goes through. (thats why some are skipped over) and some are actually missed by them. Keep good records and keep the files in the same order as your records show.
