Hi Tammy, I think we are doing work for the same company....I just dropped a chunk of change down for copies too.  Man that hurts!  Although I did not pay near as much as you did.  I think I would have asked for some up front money too.  I've been doing work for them for about a year now and they have always paid.  Make sure you hold on to the form they send with their checks, it breaks down the fees and copies. They have missed some copy fees before, but have paid them back when you bring it to their attention.
