Jay,

Are you talking about the Court complaints? I can fax you copies of the ones we use here in Connecticut. The Superior Court complaints are pretty generic, and can be altered to comply with the procedures of your state. The small claims complaints are state specific. I can send you one of Connecticut's. You will be able to get the general idea from it, but you will need to use the form used by the specific forum state. Either way it is not difficult.
