Loretta, I suspect since I've NEVER seen a request for a $25 current owner before last week, that we were contacted by the same company.  I replied with MY prices and told her that her request was entirely too low for this area and if she wished to pay my prices, which are not negotiable, she should feel free to contact me again.  She'll be out of biz within a year due to claims and such.  I'll still be here.
