Iris,

Once again you and I are on the same page. These $25 abstractors need to be ridden out of town. As I've stated a million times here, THEY are killing us down here in Florida. I agree we have been able to raise a little, not much. This is the only industry I know of where the prices go down every year. Again, I agree there is very little loyalty in this industry. We have a great core of clients, where there is loyalty, they know who they are! Then there are the ones who want you to do searches for $25 because MA KETTLE abstracting does it for that. Does she have E &O insurance???? How long in business, oh, 6 months, great. HAVE FUN!! LOL. Enough said, I just tripped on my soap box........Careful Jay, I just may run!!
