I am so tired of chasing clients who want their work within 24 hours and won't pay for months.
I like your idea of a threat of a law suit. But I'm wondering, I'm sure that many of the abstractors, like me, have out of state clients. Don't you have to sue them in the state they reside in and not your state? If so, then they KNOW that filing an out of state law suit is costly and probably isn't worth it. Any suggestions?
