Thanks for the advice - I knew I probably couldn't get away with charging them for it, but it's a nice thought as I'm staring at an hour of work to redo. I have the advantage that my company was purchased by Stewart, so I have access to some pretty cool programs as Stewart changes to paperless. By the end of the year, we're hoping to have all my work in SureClose which will enable my customers to log in and access all the work I've done for them. This should eliminate the refaxing issue.
