Leave the printer at home, get Paperport on your computer systems and that will save you a ton of wasted money- I used to spend about $200 to $300 per month on paper, ink cartridges and other print supplies- using paperport eliminates all that- you use it as a printer to your computer instead of all that ink and paper- I now print only one page (usually) for each case-and buy about two or three packs of paper a year and dropped down to about three black ink cartridges per year- saves thousands of dollars and makes sending all those cases so much easier and faster too.
I wrote a note to Robert and he had used Paperport a while back about 5 yrs ago he said- it has gone thru 5 revisions now and does a lot more now than the old versions back then- and all that for about $100- no better investment , in my opinion- but if you have the big buck there certainly other better ways to do the same thing- multi page scanners, and all- but alas, I am just a one person operation with limited resources and have to settle for the "small office " versions-I am extremely happy with what it has done for me and I have introduced this to a number of companies down here, they can't get over the ease and difference in the end product or why it took them so long to make a change to paperless systems.
Best of luck.
Steve
