Thank you for all the great advice. We are going to check out some of the laws concerning these. I really liked the Mechanics Lien advice, very funny. I wonder if it would at least scare someone? The faxing of the Small Claims sheet was great also. But, how can you become secured? I do know, from personal experience, that it is very difficult to collect on judgements though. 

I am curious as to how a company can sue towards something posted on a site. The only thing they could sue for would be slander; wouldn't it?Slander is a false malicious statement; if you have good documentation of all your attempts to collect, of which we keep, then they couldn't prove what you've posted to be false. Is this true or not? 

One more rant for ya. I have a company telling me that they can't pay everything they owe us monthly due to finances, but yet they're opening a new office in Phoenix? How can a business be expanding, when they can't even keep their vendors paid to date? How's that for a rant????????
