Danielle: Hi, I have a solution for your dilemma , one I too also had. First lets consider that faxing is too time consuming and e-mail is a much better mode of sending these docs- (ie: faster send times, and at the least 5 times the resolution- so the docs on their end will look just like the ones you have on your end.)- If you can agree on that, then you are left with e-mail as your primary "sending" format. If you already have a scanner I suggest you purchase a nice program called "Paperport" there are two versions- pro and home- pro is $199, home is $99 not a bad investment for what you will soon see it can do for you. Just FYI- the pro version allows you to convert and send in PDF format also- the home doesn't let you convert(I think) I always by the pro, but I wait for the promotions and they will sell it for $99 after a few weeks of the introduction of a new version. If you don't have a scanner, then go buy a "Visioneer" scanner, it comes with Paperport as part of the deal-install on your computer and it works just like an internal printer(you will get used to printing on your computer instead  of all that paper after a while too)After you have installed it on your computer you will see there are a number of folders on the left margin- you can easily create as many additional folders to save, store or work with your docs you scan- and then they are always available for the occasional "resend" request- it will take you 5 minutes to install this program and will save you hours doing what they want you to do now- I can access any case I have done for the last 6 yrs in seconds and re-send it by e-mail about as fast too- no longer a problem !
When you start resending these requests again, after you know they already have them- some one at the other end will start to notice your control of your docs and might just reduce the number of "re-send" requests.
This is just a bare minimum that this program will do for you, if you do decide to go this route, please write me and I will be more than happy to call and walk you thru this method, if you need help.
Hope this helps- and If you insist on faxing- your computer probably already has a fax/modem in it- you will be able to fax directly from your computer using the same methods as e-mail if you want-not the best way, but an alternative.
Good Luck. Steve
