We've done the same thing at times. I will hold a report until they pay a portion of what they owe. We get the order and complete it within the 24 hour time frame. Then it sits on my desk until they call. I have the same attitude with them that they have with me. I'll say it's here and ready to fax when I get a UPS or FED EX tracking number. US mail does not work when bills are late. Sure you sent it. This really works for us. I will say that we only have about 2-3 of those types of clients. For the most part VM companies are great and pay on time. Like everything in life a few bad apples spoil it for everyone. Have a great day and I look forward to hearing more from you.
