I agree that the abstractors are a constant.  Many "title companies" take on too much, then dump all the bills on the abstractors and leave us holding the "no money bag".  I'm pretty strick with collections and I still get screwed by certain clients.  Even if they come through in paying in the end, certain people on my list I will not work for as they aren't worth the hours of calls you have to make for collections.  I'm not a bank.

There needs to be a way for us all to "unite" to get these people to pay.
