Oh, lol, I thought Grahme was Kurt's grandma - lol - who had nothing to do all day but gossip - are you loving this yet - and some exchange of services was given for putting an antenna up somewhere for Kurt in exchange for his services and each other thought the other charged too much - lol.  I have heard the same scenario about these cell tower searches - well it only costs so much to put them up vs. the cost of the search.  They cannot look at it that way.  Each one has to have certain longitude/latitude for it all to work.  If they are not concerned with clear title so much then why are they having us go back 60 years?  The guy said if the search is this much and it only cost a couple thousand they would rather take the risk.  I say take the risk then - this is when I had a hospital to search.  One owner had 77 pages of records.  I actually love doing cell searches and going back into history and am thinking of only doing these type of searches.

I have also heard well it takes them 6 months to pay us - well that is your problem if you let that go on - I get paid in 30!  I do alot of cell tower searches and actually Rachel am finally filling out that paperwork you wanted me to fill out this morning.  I was in the midst of waiting for my new insurance policy and a million cell searches so it took me this long.
