Don't apologize!  That is the problem with "Politically Correct" it doesn't  always address the realities of life.  If you feel safer in a larger vehicle (and you are!) then that is money well spent!  And if you buy it just cause you want it - that's ok too (as long as your dependents are not starving!) - why else do we work so hard!  :)
