That all sounds good Tammy. I think it is a really good idea to clarify what the BBB does. I don't think that anyone would put their name to something that could lead to problems for themselves. Perhaps there could be a maximum time the issue is on the list. If after say 30 days the person listing the issue has to update or it is automatically purged... just an idea. David and I have been fortunate so far and work for some really good companies. I would like to see the hot list reinstated... meaning a list of companies that are reliable. Maybe we should reinstate  the company of the month program.
