Lisa, One last thing regarding your posts of qualifications, how did you get into the industry? Didn't you start somewhere? Didn't you have to learn? It is only now that through experience you learned what it is to be qualified. I bet people here are more irritated at your qualification posts than anything as most may not be qualified in your definition of the word. Also, there would be nobody here to post as they would not be qualified to actually abstract title, therefore, would not become one. You might want to be careful. Not everyone has an extensive real estate background, nor with real estate law. That may offend. Sad sad sad!!
