I agree that your situation is different from the Lisa's post regarding Jason. You are talking about your local market and you know the prevailing fees. If someone is substantially undercutting your prices, you have a legitimate complaint. Fees should not vary much within the local market - if they do, you really have to wonder why? Like Kevin has mentioned, some abstractors are taking bold short cuts and the product is not the same.
