Cell Tower searches.  Alot of the commercial work being done now if for Wireless companies. Depending on if you are approached by one of the local title companies or me, (the national one) the is a HUGE difference in fees that the title companies are willing to pay for this service.  Grahame, the manager is Kurt's office, was telling me something about a company wanting them to do this work for a stupidly low fee.  I even laughed at it.   I was just wondering if it was the same company.
