First American Real Estate Solutions does outsource a lot of their customer service work and their abstractor contact work to India now.  There were some communication problems in the past but everything seems to flow okay now.  Most of their communication can be handled via email.

They are great with very fast payments.  We have had very few problems with them over the years.
