Well I even mentioned the fact that we should indict all of our county clerks for the threat of security to the American people, which might be to the extreme, but we all had a good laugh after that comment.  Well, well David looks like Texas is hit again - it is our state and Florida that is "Live" - oh brother - I say go for it lenders, savings institutions and anybody else who wants to try - I've said once and if you don't listen, then I cannot do aything about it - too many of our records are not included in the real property records, even in the counties online, which include but are not limited to, assumed names, ucc, federal tax liens, etc.  They are completely housed in other computer systems in the clerk's office but not part of the real property records and to even get a copy you have to make it from the original - they are not imaged to be able to be purchased.  Some of our counties online, including Denton county still have federal tax liens in books during the current 10 year search span.  But you all go for it!
