Thank you Jan. I am publishing a newsletter to County Officials if anyone reading this would like to be on the list so they can pass it on to their legislators I would certainly appreciate it. The newsletter is free and was originally intended for Texas officials the officials have forwarded it all over the country and some Federal officials have requested they be added to the list.
