Very nice Jamie.  Congrats on the new office, also.  Those renovations went pretty quick.  A couple of years ago, we needed more room so we opted to finish some unused attic space (about 600 sq. ft.).  Our contractor told us it would take about 6 weeks - it took four months!  Well worth it though and much less hassle than trying to relocate to a larger office.
