Believe me when I say, Rachel and her staff take excellent care of their abstractors.  They communicate very well and are understanding of price and turn time fluctuations.  I honestly can say that it makes the job of the abstractor a lot easier when someone in her position takes a sensible approach to the constraints and pressure they are under.  Rachel certainly does just that.
