Hey Smitty...
How are you doing? I have two resolutions:
1. I resolve to stop writing phone messages on the back of my current work or scraps of paper that only get lost...making me the fool when I have to call a customer to find out "what was that book and page you needed again?"
2. I resolve to get totally rid of any equipment in my office, in the basement, in the storage shed - that has stopped working; and I do mean to throw it away - recycle it - give it away - whatever. I have more phones/printers/scanners/fax machines around here than Office Max. The husband keeps promising "he can fix that"....ahem.....
....that's my resolution.
