Now I have had a chance to read your article Robert, it was a good article!  Without reading it, I was still on track with what I said - follow your own business plan and you will succeed!  You have been successful in your business, JT is successful in his - he is actually expanding, and I think some of the rest of us have been successful too.  The businesses that undercut, limit their services, and fail to see the future, as you have further indicated like stating you need to get through the peaks and valleys which is the nature of the real estate industry, will ultimately fail.  You have stood your ground on your pricing, and so have many of us.  Your guts and integrity will pay off as it will for many of us that have maintained the same level.  We need to keep being there for each other in providing each other suggestions for advancement and growth, and together will shall truly succeed.  I cannot tell you the wonderful friendships that I have been able to experience from meeting them on your site.  Many of us contact each other privately with not only "help me" but with the sharing of stories of our loved ones and tremendous support of one another both personally and professionally.  It has been truly a gift.
