That's okay Tammy... my bubble aready popped today. We are having problems with the fax now. Oh well at least it is a write off and we can still use it as a copier or printer. Fortunately this one doesn't have to have the color cartrige to print in black. I know this because there isn't one in it and it prints fine. Thanks for all the info and tips and I am definately getting seperate machines this time!
