Michaela I think that you have raised some legitimate issues. There is nothing wrong with getting emotional. I hope you keep talking and perhaps figure some things out. We are all worried and should be. This isn't the only industry that is having problems with large corporations not caring about quality.  There is a new company that has been advertising here that is guaranteeing CO's back in 24 hours or the search is free. This company was not interested in our references, they were not interested if we even knew how to do a proper search. All they want to know is can we have our work back to them by the end of the next business day. I know this because when I sent them our information that was their response. I think I understand some of what you are feeling Michaela... I have not been a NALTEA advocate but I certainly understand why some organization is needed. Problem is that is long term... what happens when the bubble is bursting now.

I have not read Roberts article because we only have an enhanced listing and not a subscription to this site. Knowing Robert though I am sure it is well thought out and articulate so please Robert my post is not meant as an insult.
