I'm just frightened that licensing will be a "hodge podge" that will vary from
state to state.   The states will only see it as another means to pad their income
instead of raising taxes.   Having licensed drivers don't stop people from having
auto accidents.   Licensing will only have a positive effect for the state's  $$$$.
The problem of supply on the # of abstractors and the price they charge will not
be solved by having everyone have to pay a fee to the state governments.
