I know, I've wondered for at least a year...........are we the only industry that is booming and our prices are going down?
Can you imagine the housing industry builders lowering their prices during a boom, like it is now. HMMMM... are prices going through the roof. This cracks me up too.....a client asking for a commercial search on a 3 million dollar piece of property and wanting to get a $100 search. You're kidding me.
