If I was the consumer, and I think the person doing the deed returns has included, the price of postage & handling - it noted a flat fee - not retrieval fee plus costs plus postage and handling.  Of course, that is only $6.00 more.  I wouldn't charge the $59.50 for this service like this person but I would sure darn charge more than we are getting in our business today and I would have to add all those costs together to come up with my figure.  Like David said we are wholesale to the VMs and we want our fees raised as it is - going direct should be with a retail price.
