PS - its those who made their own path in their business that are successful today - no matter what the market is.  Robert, with online real estate directory site; companies that took images and provided them to the public - whether we agree with it or not - are making a fortune and yes, to me they are stealing the taxpayers dollars.  Who first thought of the mobile notary for closings - what a niche in the market.  I'm sure a money maker for the first for a very long time.  Think, think, think what can I do in this changing market to be one-step ahead of the rest.
