HHHMMMM?!?!?!?!?!

I am in a "peppy" mood.  I am going to play devils advocate tonight.  I am not looking for the violent email responses nor am I in any way affiliated with this company, however:

1.  How much do you charge for document retrieval and certification of all pages of said document?  Then the processing/shipping of said document?

2.  Although we as professionals know that this document is normally available for free or a small copy fee from our county clerk (less certification of course), many do not know this and for many, spending under $60.00 for certified piece of mind may very well be an expense well worth paying.  Not a scam!

3.  Furthermore, I would not call this service a "scam" since they are advising their potential client base of other options to obtain said information and again, as stated above, many services offered in the search, title and settlement industry are collecting fees that are way out of line compared to an "hourly rate".  I.E. - $750.00 to notarize documents in Manhattan on a refinance loan?????!!!! 

Just some thoughts to spark conversation.  After all, isn't this why we log on?......Peace, Love, Happiness, God's Grace and a Happy Thanksgiving to all of you and those less fortunate...JT
