I have not seen that one. But how "hot" can it be, if they fax/email it to you?
Clients should call and beg for a favor, if it is "hot". If the client is nice, polite, and pays a large fee for "hot" orders, then sure do it. If not, then the title request goes into the stack with all of the others marked "RUSH".
Some words have really lost their meanings. Clients are pushing the envelope by using inflammatory words.
If the client wants a real "rush", then they should be prepared to open their wallets.
Have you ever been able to make an appointment with any professional by using the words "rush" or "hot"?
Abstractors are professionals. Treat us that way.
