I recently told a big client that what they were doing was comparable to crying wolf... we are becoming blasse with these orders since everyone is marked rush 8 hours. They may actually have something sometime and we are yeah sure just another rush... we'll get to it in the order they come in. I wonder if they all realize this. They do it to get our attention and put them at the front of the line. We don't charge for rushes yet... but they are becoming the norm and we are thinking that perhaps rush charges should become the norm... any opinions?
