Scott, that's a hoot and a half - I may actually use it.  Of course, the sad part is, is that if I tell them that we expect them to pay anyway,  you know what's going to happen, so I suspect we're going to end up eating it.  I just wanted to hear from other SOT members to confirm our position - which is, we did the work, you can darn well pay for it.  And yes, if they call and cancel before we do any work on it, we don't charge anything.  Thanks to all for your input!
