We use QuestXpress and love every minutes of it.  Clients can log-in, order on-line, check status, send you messages, receive orders through the web-site and download them.  You have an off-site storage of your images and they back that up with another off-site storage AND they are your images.  It also works well with QuickBooks.  Call them for a demo and I think you will like it as well.
