You can't blame them for trying    But my invoice has terms and conditions to it.  1.  All invoices are due upon receipt unless other arrangements are made in advance.  A finance fee will be added to any invoice not paid within 30 days from service completion.  Any requesting agency who fails to pay in 60 days will have additional work requests refused until their balance is paid in full.  2.  LTE submits their reports on title as work completed.  Invoices must be paid by the requesting agency whether or not a valid closing occurs.  Waiting to submit the invoice as part of closing costs is acceptable.  However, if closing fails to happen within 30 days of work completion, see above terms.
