Maybe it's because I am in a different state, but GreenLink has been paying me a flat fee of $62.00 for searches, and they pay $25.00 for a bringdown or recording.  They have never hassled me the way they are hassling you.  Of course,  in looking at my A/R to see what GreenLink normally pays me, I notice that I have three open invoices with them from October.... we shall see if they are STILL paying me $62.00 per search.

I send them my property reports on my form, by the way.

So sad you are in that situation, do call them up and explain to them that in a couple of weeks your rates will be going up to whatever is usual in your state, and that you will continue to attempt to meet their turnaround times, of course.

Good luck!
Anne
