.I think Greenlink must be operating in another dimension.  I keep getting updated vendor information every few months or so - and I have never done a single order for them.  (and not interested by the way) At first I thought I was missing out on something.... now its just an office joke when we pull another vendor update off the fax machine. We laugh heartily as we ball it up and throw it into the trash. 

I am sorry tho...sounds like you have been taken for a ride.
