This is what worries me about Qualia.  I have tons of work coming in and hardly upload anything except for some searches into ResWare.  Their Title Search Plus thing seems to involve practically typing up a commitment.  I don't have the time to mess with it.  What if I do sign up and then back out?  They have basically lost my help as a title sarcher over this.   I am wondering, is it really worth it to them?  Who sold them on this stuff?  My prior boss never wanted to mess with Qualia.  They called us all the time
