Jimmy,

 You say you have gotten four MA attorneys' opinions.  Were I your attorney, I would agree with those four and advise you that you are too in love with this property.  My best advice would be to back off, cool off and look for another property.  You have outlined the problems already.  How many problems do you need or want in your life?  Your last post is the kicker:  the foreclosed former owner wants a free property at your expense which will, in turn, include lawyers' fees.  Please.  Find another property.
