We have already developed CRM (Title Tool) we can easily handle any number of volumes with in the application using logins.
One time cost, any time support, maintenance.
Title Tool database that will allow us to generate title reports, We can have our /Abstractor searchers, such as our self to generate reports in one system. There should also be a section which allows us to input client provided order information which will generate a report. Multiple login, Assigning to next task such as Exam/QC and we will be able to attached documents from the document library, and many more options/automation etc..
